The Seacoast United Outdoor Complex can be reached from north or south via two major routes:

From I-93 in Manchester, NH, take 101 East to Exit 6 onto Beede Hill Rd. Turn right and travel for @ 0.5 miles and take a left onto Rogers Rd. Travel for @ 0.5 mile and take a left onto Shirkin Rd. Complex is @ 0.75 mile on right hand side.

From I-95 near Hampton, NH, take 101 West to Exit 6 onto Beede Hill Rd. Turn left and travel for @ 0.5 mile and take a left onto Rogers Rd. Travel for @ 0.5 mile and take a left onto Shirkin Rd. Complex is @ 0.75 mile on right hand side.
